update of my life in Japan

Hi!!

I had too many email accounts including three hotmail accounts...

I couldn't remember which account I had this blog with for a long time...

But I'm finally here.

My life in Japan is going ok. I'm really happy to be reunited with my sister and family.

I'm sad that I'm losing in touch of friends from the States little by little... :(

That's a part of the reason that I'm back in wring my blog today!

So, I work at International Association. It is under prefectural government which is like state government. I am coordinating some events, exchange programs and also helping immigrants and international students who lives in the prefecture.

The job is mostly administrative and most of the time I'm steerling at computer and having headache lol.

I do miss living in Orlando under sunshine and vacation atmosphere.

The other day, we had a costume day. We all dressed up in clothes from different countries.

Our association lend consumes from over 60 countries.

It was first time for the stuff to be wearing. We had so much fun even tho we were really busy on that day.

Yuki and Tatsuyuki's wedding in Kobe!

First time visiting Kobe! It was soooo beautiful!! I wish I had more time to do sightseeing :(. I would love to come back again to enjoy the city. About the wedding. It was sooooo amazing. since the city was closer to my friend, Yuki's husband, most of them were his friends and co-workers but got to saw a few friends from high school! For most of Japanese weddings, girls wear white dress first then change to different ones usually colored ones. Attendees always try to guess what color the brides are gonna change into. We guessed Yuki's gonna wear either blue or purple! but she chose the beautiful one!!!! Food was amazing also. I had the best steak ever!! Everything was delicious!! I had to travel alone since I didnt have any common friends with the bride but it was nice to see a new city.. made me wanna go visit more cities!

Sick :(

I have been very sick last couple of days.
I had high fever, headache, stomachache, and etc... :(.
I ended up coming home from work on Saturday and since then I am in bed.. :(. It's already monday!!

I hope I can get over this sickness soon because I have so much to go from this week to next week!!!
Seeing freinds babies, going to friend's wedding in Kobe, and new job!!!

cannot wait to get out of bed even though I love to sleep!!!!!!!!

Ashley Marie, BFF!!

Even though we live so far away, she is always in my heart ;).

I met her on Disney college program. She was one of my roommates out of five. I couldnt servive with out her!

I was so lucky to meet her, and she is one of the few people I still am in touch with after the program. I was still at the stage of learning
English especially in speaking but she was always super nice to me and understood me.. .

She is so sweet, nice, smart, strong and has everything I wish I did!!

She visits Orlando once or twice a year so we still get to hang out sometimes! now I'm back in Japan but I really would like to visit her in Pittsburgh, and see where she grew up. I feel like we have so much in common. We both like reading...

I remember when I was telling her how much I would like to visit Eastside of Canada because of the book I read when I was little. She came up with the book right away and told me that she just visited the memorial place or something and showed me some pictures. haha.

A car, I awalys thought I was gonna get "Honda, civic, silver, four doors."

She drives one. pluse we both lived in the city where we had enough public transportaions so didn't get driver's license until 21...lol.

Apple computer, I was gonna get but ended up getting HP, she has one!!!

Being reading or Japanese teacher(English for her) since I love reading, book and kids.

That's what she does now!!!

She is like a dream girl I wish I was.
I love her so much, and I am so lucky to have her in my life! I miss you!!!

JOB!

I had a shortest interview in my life for international officer....

It was timed and only for 15 mins.

They soon called me back and gave me the job!!!

I wish I was super excited but now I feel like I really would like to move to Tokyo to get

different job and live in the biggest city for once in my life...

I finally had an interview for international relation office the other day. It went ok but not sure if I get it or not....

If I don't Im considering moving to Tokyo since I found a roommate! yay!

Spring is almost here. I cannot wait to see cherry blossoms!!!!

Friends

Friends from home, friends from college, and friends from work.

They all are so different but supported each part of my life singnificantly....

Friends from work were little bit different.

I started not to look for real friends and kept it cool for whatever to work.

By doing so, I feel like I started less caring about people from some point, and turned to be cold person.... :(

Is this like everyone has to go through in life if we live in somewhere far from hometown??

Anyway!

I am trying to be healther this year! drinking vege juice everyday :)!

Valentine's day ♥

Valentine's day,
heartfull, chocolates, flowers, and etc.
I wish I was working at Hilton or Disney still to celebrate! It would be so amazing!!!

Last year, I remember we gave out roses to the guests at check in. Many fun events were held at pool!!

Orlando(Disney and Hilton/Tuscany), they make events so special and I miss you!!!

Last year, I watched this "the valentine's day". ;).

This year, I am sitting home having day off.... booooooooo.

Long distance...

I have been wanting to go to see a movie but never made it to a theather on ladies nights which are on wednesdays... boo..
Last movie I saw was... this one on the way back to Japan!

There are a few guys who are actually ok to do long distance lol.

Is it here yet??!

I have been waiting for a packge which was supposely sent by my boyfriend over a week ago!!

It is a valentine's present and I cannot wait for it to be here!!!

By the way, today is my sister's birthday! Everyone happened to be home this year and waiting for her to come home with cute candles :).

what kept me to work in guest services

Working in guest services is tough.

Guests can treat you whatever the way they like depending on how their day went or what they have behind.
Some people appriciate us so much for small thing we do but sometimes we have to deal with a few people who never be happy no matter how hard we try...

I decided to study hospitality business because I simply love helping other people to make them happy.
I was so fortunate to be surrounded by nice people, and they supported me to grow.

I saw real world after I started working and learned helping people is not always funnest thing to do....

Days I was not feeling like to go into work, I asked myself that I can be just sitting around and being sad or go work and make someone's day happy.

I could keep myself there because it was in Orlando where amazing weather and theme parks are! Also the resort I worked was so beautiful.

First time, I visited Orlando, I had so much trouble even before getting into the town. It was spring break season and was super busy in everywhere but everyone helped me through. they were so nice and warm to us/tourists.
I wanted to be apart of them, and a few years later I got to work in the town.
I really think I had an amazing opportunity to work in great location with nice people at the place where dreams come true!

The end of the day, I love helping others to make then happy and like working in guest services ;).

New Life!

I have been away from blogging forever!!

I'm finally here because I just miss my best friend Ashley so much ;).

update of my life!!!

1. I am still working at a business hotel in Kagoshima!

2. I did not like working there and seriously looked new job for all over the world lol.

3. I got to spend time with my boyfriend and best friends at Disney over new year's and

was amazing! I felled in love with Disney again.

4. Started interested working outside of the hospitality/hotel, and applying to be a coordinator in international relations office in the city.

5. Put my resume up online for a career website and Google company in Japan/Singapore asked me for an phone interview!
